These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pace's services and website at trypace.io. By signing up or using any Pace service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Pace ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based digital services company providing all-in-one business management, CRM, automation, and marketing services. We can be contacted at hello@trypace.io.
2. Our Services
Pace provides a range of digital services including but not limited to:
- CRM & pipeline management
- Website design and development
- Sales funnels and landing pages
- Email and SMS marketing automation
- Social media management
- Booking and appointment systems
- AI chat and voice tools
- Review and reputation management
- Business analytics and reporting
The specific services included in your package will be confirmed at the point of sign-up or on your discovery call.
3. Getting Started
3.1 To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a business owner or authorised representative of a business.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your details up to date.
3.3 Setup timelines vary depending on the complexity of your requirements. We will communicate expected timelines clearly before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Our services are billed on a monthly rolling basis from the date your service begins.
4.2 Payment is due in advance each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your services.
4.3 All prices are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Setup fees, where applicable, are due before work commences and are non-refundable once work has begun.
4.5 We reserve the right to update our pricing with 30 days' written notice.5. Cancellation & Termination
5.1 There are no long-term contracts. You may end your service at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to hello@trypace.io.
5.2 We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or behave in a manner harmful to Pace or its team.
5.3 Upon termination, your access to the Pace platform will cease at the end of your notice period.
5.4 Any outstanding payments due at the point of cancellation remain payable.
6. Your Website & Platform
6.1 If your website is hosted within the Pace platform, it is hosted under our infrastructure. Should you leave Pace, the website will go offline.
6.2 We will always provide you with your content — including text, images, and branding assets — upon request.
6.3 If your website is built on a third-party platform (such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace) under your own account, you retain full ownership and control of that website at all times.
6.4 Where Pace tools (such as chat widgets, forms, or booking systems) are embedded into your existing website, these tools will cease to function upon termination of your service. Your website itself will remain unaffected.
7. Your Data
7.1 All data you provide or generate through the Pace platform belongs to you.
7.2 You may export your data at any time, including contacts, notes, pipeline information, and form submissions.
7.3 Upon cancellation, you may request the permanent deletion of all your data from our systems. We will confirm this in writing within 14 days.
7.4 Pace will never sell, share, or use your data for purposes beyond delivering your agreed services.
8. Data Protection & GDPR
8.1 Pace operates in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 In the provision of our services, Pace acts as a Data Processor and you act as the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring your data collection practices comply with applicable data protection laws.
8.3 A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided as part of your onboarding and forms part of these Terms.
8.4 In the event of a data breach, Pace will notify you without undue delay. As Data Controller, you are responsible for notifying the ICO within 72 hours where required.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All templates, systems, workflows, and platform features created or provided by Pace remain the intellectual property of Pace.
9.2 Content created specifically for your business (copy, branding, images) belongs to you once full payment has been received.
9.3 You may not resell, copy, or reproduce Pace's templates, systems, or platform without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Integrations
10.1 Pace integrates with a wide range of third-party tools and platforms (e.g. Google, Stripe, Facebook, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party services.
10.2 Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Pace will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from use of our services.
11.2 Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the monthly fee paid by you for that month.
11.3 We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or results from use of our services.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pace's services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading communications
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
13. Changes to These Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes with at least 30 days' notice.
13.2 Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
