Meet the Founder
I moved to the UK from Brazil 24 years ago. My career has taken plenty of turns - cosmetics, global exports, product development, project management - before I started my own language school. When the pandemic and Brexit forced me to close it, I taught myself graphic design and web design on YouTube, and spent the next five years building brands and websites for business owners and large UK companies.
Every chapter taught me something different, but the thread was always the same: watching brilliant, hardworking people get buried under admin, tech, and to-do lists that never shrink.I also believe I'm dyslexic - I've never seen it as a limitation, but as part of why I notice possibilities others miss. It's shaped how I think, how I solve problems, and how I built Pace.
Pace is everything I wish I'd had in every one of those businesses: one simple place to run things, without needing to be a tech expert to keep up.
